From the beginning, the code for the door wasn’t working I was finally given a code for the lockbox. Then the door latch was broken and could stab anyone walking through. Then the wholes in the wall, there were stains on the shower curtains, white stains on the comforter. The curtain rods weren’t screwed in right and while trying to close the curtains they all fell! So we had ZERO privacy the entire week! The rug in living room kept giving out little lints and it was all over the house! I asked if I can use the chimney inside the house and NEVER got a response. I emailed and advised of all these things and not once did anyone do anything about it. The customer service was awful!
