"There was a significant amount of mold in the shower and on the ceiling of the bathroom. When I alerted the front desk, they seemed very annoyed and reluctantly switched my room. The new room also had a significant amount of mold. My nine year old daughter had trouble with the arcade card and when she asked for help, the attendant was very short with her. The hotel is very outdated and there are minimal amenities outside of the indoor park. The breakfast was extremely expensive and it took over...

"I looked forward to staying at Cove Haven Resort for years. My parents spent their honeymoon here, and I always dreamed of visiting to recreate some of their memories and photos.
