"Well designed hotel with very good utilisation of space. However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. "Found a cockroach in my room. Linen dont look very clean. The manager was apologetic. The staff was reasonable to me during my stay and i didnt get any rude treatment. Theres a club in the hotel with loud music. I booked this hotel for my transit through Jakarta. I wouldnt stay for extended nights or with family."

"Im travelling around asia and I cannot tell you how handy it was having a free self service laundry option with all the cleaning detergent provided along with a dryer. The staff were so lovely, my sister has mobility issues and on the days where i would go out she would need to order food to the hotel and they were so kind and helpful. The restaurant looked beautiful and pool looks stunning, I wish i was there longer. "

"Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was set up well and relatively new. Questions were responded to fast. Our problem with the place is the noise. Walls are thin. We were put next to a family with multiple very noisy children. They made noise until midnight and started again at 5 AM. Then there was the staff that started early in the morning talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors"
