"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a lot of room. We used the sandwich maker that was in the kitchen to make our breakfast every morning and walked about 5 minutes to the beach. "The property was ok … The issue was the bathroom smells at night time and the Ac does not work properly. Also eating the same exact thing for breakfast every single day just gets to you. Please also note that if you book with Expedia, there’s some kind of hotel change that is not mentioned so be prepared for that."

"Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. Cant fault our stay, everything was to our liking. The only thing I would like to mention is we couldnt use our outside furniture as there was no cushions to sit on even though I mentioned this twice to reception. Would of been nice to sit with a coffee and a book in a morning on our patio."

"The location was amazing, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view. However, for this standard of hotel the staff and the experience did not meet expectations. For example we returned to our bedroom to find our door left unlocked and ajar after cleaning. I have never experienced this in any hotel before. We reported this, amongst other issues, to reception who said they would pass it on to the manager. Despite the manager being highly visible the following day (he was wearing a bright yellow shirt with a pinstripe suit and a pocket handkerchief so you couldn’t miss him) he did not make the effort to speak with us. Overall I felt it was a hotel the lacked real care and attention. I do want to call out the Spa manager (Nicky?) who was unique in showing an understanding of customer care. She was exceptional. After this hotel, we moved onto a Rixos hotel in Dubrovnik which really excelled on the customer care. The experience sharply contrasted with our experience in Perast."
