"The entire stay was horrible. The place smelled, the rooms were not well maintained and the staff is lazy. I asked for my room to be vacuumed and they dropped it off and here you go. I complained about a bunch of kids running in the hallway and disturbing my sleep knowing I had an early day, the gentleman said they are kids and just getting settled in. I wish I could get my money back. I would never stay there again and I will advise all of my friends traveling to that area not to stay there...

"The room was way more like an apartment. We were able to spread out and actually eat meats together at the bar. The kitchen makes it easy for you to cook food and save money on going out to eat. It felt like a cozy home away from home rather than just another hotel room. "

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."

"Terrible place. As we walk into the lobby the heavy smell of marijuana hit us on the face and followed us all the way to the 4th floor. We had to switched rooms because the a/c didn't work. The kitchenette was completely bare, not even a spoon. Then in the way back from Walmart, we see 3 police vehicles at the front entrance, one cop went inside the building, another one taking an stament front a woman. "We were originally booked for 2 nights and travel to another city and get another hotel. Sparks was enough to quickly book for another 2 nights stay. It was well worth the stay even if we had to travel a bit. Thank you"

"Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but...

"Parking was easy, and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hallways were not clean and had a noticeable smoke smell. The breakfast was disappointing. It was also quite noisy due to other guests, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay."
