"We had two rooms and both were nicely cleaned but had a very musky smell.
Upon arrival there was only one person at the front desk and she was great but had to take everything on by herself. I called earlier in the day to let staff know that I was arriving later after check in. Upon arrival I had to wait in line twice so they could get my reservations together because they could not find them.
On top of it, they have a parking fee that’s almost $30 a day, and when asked what they could do for the inconvenience they only offered a one time credit that equalled the parking fee for one day. It was a disappointment at the lack of guest service.
I felt I was doing the property a good service by letting them know that I would be there late so that they didn’t have to rush and have my rooms ready by their check-in time but I guess I was wrong and in the process almost lost my reservations.
Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. The waffles are a hit."
