"My review is on the Sister property Sugar Beach as we received a free upgrade to stay there which was way better. "Good hotel and spa facilities. Food was excellent in the restaurants. We were half board and think All Inclusive would not be worth the extra money. Difficult to book excursions though the hotel. You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge.
