"Our family stayed for a week in two rooms. The staff themselves are genuinely nice, helpful people—they carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs without hesitation, always smiled, and verbally wanted to help. That warmth is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
But unfortunately, good intentions don’t fix broken systems.
The issues:
· Air conditioning: For the first five nights, the A/C in both rooms barely cooled. We slept poorly in the heat (Poipet is hot!). We asked multiple...
