"Nice motel style hotel on the main streets in Moab. Clean rooms, safe parking, close to restaurants and a brewery. Would stay again."

"Staff was great. Rooms seem on the smaller side but they are nice. They have an alcove for suitcases with a shelf. Small kitchen area wirh microwave, fridge that is super cold, coffee maker, and sink. They have a hot tub and you can use the pool at the hotel across the street. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a nice motel that is conveniently located and reasonably priced. The rooms are generally large and clean and have opening windows. There are very bad rooms though that get a lot of traffic from guests and/or noise from the pool. Avoid any room near an entrance or the pool."

"Perfect location for exploring Moab area (we visiting Canyonlands and Arches). Right downtown so you can walk to coffee and the amazing Food Truck park. No breakfast at the motel, but free laundry and bike cleaning easily makes up for it, and Moab breakfasts are worth going out for! Staff made late check in and early checkout a breeze. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable beds and very clean."

"I had zero hot water so couldn't take a shower. Every corner of the "suite" was in disrepair and dirty. The property itself is covered in dead weeds and dog poop. For entertainment I watched cockroaches scamper across the floor at night."

"Breakfast was very good! It could have some more options like some cut fruits and some more fresh items like omelette or potatoes. The juice bar and coffee was good and staff was regularly replacing empty containers with fresh coffee and hot water. Thanks a lot!"

"The hotel that I booked was having maintenance and they did not inform us by call or email before. They transferred us to their sister property nearby but was not that clean. Overall the stay was good, staff helped to adjust us to a double queen bed room available which was not smelly."

"Great location. On a quiet side street just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare through Moab. Had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery store and area attractions of Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse State Park."

"Our 8 night stay was great. The downtown location is excellent. You walk to all the shops and restaurants , I liked it better than a location out of town then driving in for dinner . It is only a 15 min drive to Arches and CNP .The room was clean and the staff was super helpful . Nice clean pool and spa. Lots of free parking . The included breakfast was good. A perfect hotel for the price ."
