"There's no question the location is absolutely stunning on the shores of lake bled. Directly looking across at the castle. Absolutely amazing views. The property itself is very old. The buffet side of the breakfast has plenty of fruit and pastries. They imply like you could order something except for all of the wait staff completely avoids you. The interactions at the restaurant were the same you see people there so you know they're not doing anything but almost impossible to flag anybody down...

"Nous avons passé 2 belles nuits dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé pour faire le chemin historique de Kobarid. Décoration épurée et moderne. Agréable d'avoir accès à une cuisinette. Appartement lumineux avec ses puits de lumière. Possible de relaxer dans le bain à remous après une longue journée de marche (ou vélo). Je recommande."

"An oasis of tranquility and authentic Alpine architecture in a very busy touristy town. Super great owners and staff, spotless clean, short easy walk to town and the lake, quiet and peaceful. If you like the typical modern, minimalist, ugly hotel, don't book here, it's the opposite! Homey, comfortable, relaxed. Great base to explore the natural beauty. Don't miss the short side trip to Triglav National Park and Lake Bohinj for postcard views and maybe less crowds than Bled."

"Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious."
