"This hotel is in a fantastic location and everything you need is in walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful and communication with the hotel was so easy. The room was a lovely size and felt very clean. Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. Our only downside was it that it wasn’t clear to us that the spa was at an additional cost (€100 per couple) so we didn’t end up using this and this is why we chose this hotel. "This would have been a 5 star stay. The check in was smooth and friendly and the room is just as advertised. Parking was quite far and 25€ per day which was very expensive for Puglia. We learned very quickly that the air conditioner leaks a massive pool of water into the room that reached as far as the bathroom. Also there was broken glass on the floor when we arrived. When we notified the staff, she said that they would call a technician and have someone clean the room and broken glass. Neither...

"great hotel located in centro storico, easy to walk to many locations including Lama Monachile. Great central spot to stay but would just mention that if you drive the parking is an easy 9-10 minute walk with a mix of flat and cobble stone type sidewalks and with only a small up hill. The parking is super easy and costs 25 Euro daily (so just fyi). The hotel rooms themselves are like small apartment units , they are very spacious and have everything you need.
