"Put me in a decent room to begin..then moved me for some reason to a nasty, dirty room. Mildew in the shower, caked up dirt on the baseboards, swimming pool was only half full. Breakfast was not restocked after the 6am workers came thru. First man that checked me in was nice. But the regular guy that was there most days was not very friendly or helpful. 3am blaring music from rooms next to me."

"The tub was cracked and had chipped porcelain. The sink had cracks and the drain was broken so the water dripped onto the floor. There wasn’t a hairdryer like most hotels but they did give a bar of soap on the tub and sink. The room had wood floors they felt a little tacky when I walked. Definitely didn’t want to take my shoes off. The king bed was just a regular spring mattress. Kinda wish there was a fourth pillow since we only had three. There was a table and two chairs to sit at but would...

"The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are WONDERFUL. Personable yet professional. The property & the rooms could use a bit of an update & there’s a few minor repairs needed but overall it’s clean & comfortable."

"Other than the wasp nest under the back entrance awning, the place was pretty good. From the outside it looks a little bit older. The inside was surprisingly renovated, and the beds were really really comfy. The shower was amazing as well. Breakfast was minimal. Not impressive at all. Coffee was mediocre."

"Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price. "The room was nasty, there were roaches and they didn't have the two bed we needed so we had to settle for a king bed and pull out couch. Not ok at all"
