The Flora Aparthotel was in an ideal location in Puerto Polenca, whilst not on the beach it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay by a further 4 nights. We were booked on bed and breakfast terms and the buffet breakfast buffet offered a wide range of good quality dishes and exceptional value for money. The hotel were apparently having problems in the kitchens and the restaurant was normally closed in the evenings, however, there was a large group staying for part of our stay and they were on half board terms so there was an evening buffet available which we enjoyed on 2 nights; again this offered excellent food and excellent value for money. The overall facilities in the hotel were very good.
In summary, the hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional value for money in every respect. I am certainly looking at booking again for next year.
