"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. "We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the food that we had while we were there both at the breakfast buffet and in the evening at the bar was amazing. The price is right. "The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of discoloration on the floor. The description says a shower/bath combo but it is just a shower. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is probably as comfortable as a sidewalk to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well so it was always hot in the room. The toilets are LOUD, you will hear all those around you being flushed. Parking is either valet or self parking in a sketchy garage, both are expensive. Overall I don’t recommend...
