"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This is the vintage-looking quaint motel you pass at the edge of a town on the two lane and think, "Wonder what that place is like?" Most of the time those businesses are on the downside of their existence and not that appealing. The Fairbridge Inn is different. Neat, clean, quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and room.. "Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed."

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."
