"I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. The staff were kind and friendly. The room and its bathroom were very large and perfectly clean. The included breakfast was delicious and had multiple options. There is a lovely lobby and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. "The hotel staff were warm and welcoming especially Gabriel who went above and beyond. He helped me with an itinerary that I was interested in. I can't thank him enough for the effort that he personally put into making my stay a happy and positive one. Regarding the rooms, I really didn't like the amount of detergents and perfumes and sprays that they used, it was unbearable at times. Otherwise a pleasant stay."
