"Room was clean and hot tub was awesome. Breakfast very lack luster with only boiled eggs as protein, no hot food other than toast or oatmeal. Milk dispenser empty both days I was there. Plain coffee creamer, no options. Side door taped so it wouldn’t lock and kept slamming shut when opened (not secured, open to public) Room key stopped working at 850am morning of checkout and again at 10am, check out was at 11. Room was serviced but bed not made. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and were honestly disgusted. I had a room and my sister had her own. She found two acrylic nails, dog food pieces, trash, and a pill. She was moved rooms and found an orange peel on the floor, more dog food pieces, trash and her ice bucket was moldy. My room was fairly clean as we didn’t find anything from previous guests. The staff were always on their phones and never at the front desk. Constantly taking smoke breaks or sitting in the back laundry room area. Turns out they are friends with the manager on this property so nothing ever is done about it. Both mornings breakfast was very little offered and the first day everything was stale and we didn’t have hot breakfast items. This was due to the food truck not coming when they were supposed to according to staff. The two night staff gals were amazing and were absolutely appalled when we expressed our issues. We used the breakfast dining area for card games and to chat as we were there for an AIT graduation - the tv in there stopped working. We moved a few tables and underneath was leftover cereal, food crumbs and garbage. It wasn’t just a few it was handfuls. There was trash sitting on one of the tables and was there from 11am-3:30pm."

"This is by far the priciest option in Rolla, so we thought the stay would be great. We were given room 218, and unfortunately there was a loud ticking sound that was audible throughout the entire room. The TV drowned most of it out until bed, but then we had to sleep with pillows over our head to drown it out. Not sure if it was dripping water behind the wall or the elevator shaft, but it was LOUD, repetitive and directly behind the beds. The person at the front desk didn’t take our report seriously and was dismissive. Just not the experience I expected from a Marriott property and certainly not at this price point. I wouldn’t spend that kind of money to stay here again. "

"I had some confusion when checking in, but it could have been because of my age and the long drive I took that day. Some indifference by staff when I checked out. Confusing room numbering scheme. Otherwise, a well kempt place."
