"The entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked and there are multiple entrances cause it's also a casino. The room AC did not work great, it stayed at 72 degrees but couldn't get the fans to kick on or AC to come on the room felt stagnant. There are multiple restaurants and bars on property... would have loved a map of where things are. operating Hours of everything are posted everywhere so that's nice.
Hotel is very clean and feels very secure. Everything feels nice."

"Took the van a long time to get us from the airport BUT once he did he was super nice and drove us straight there so we could order food before the bar closed. BUT I have to say....my daughter and I ordered the mediterranean bowl and 2 waters. $70!!! are you kidding me? It first was NOT as described on the menu nor did it have most of the ingredients in it that it should but for a piece of chicken on a bed a lettuce and rice to be $70 is outrageous. You are a hotel lobby bar not the Ritz....
