"The breakfast in the morning was great and gave you some options to chose from. The hotel has a restaurant listed; however, there is no restaurant onsite. Everything was clean and staff were friendly."

"Hotel parking lot is half destroyed by tree roots and appears under construction. Pool wasn't open, but looked like they are cleaning it or something. We arrived about 40-45mins after 3pm check-in, and rooms were not ready. Another family appeared to to have been waiting ahead of us. They were polite enough to apologize and provide explanation that the hotel had a couple bud loads of people that had checked out that morning. It was not a long wait, but we were moved rooms from what I overheard. The hotel store is very minimal, but meets simple needs. Our room was clean and in order. We paid weekend prices and likely. More because it was one night and not the weekend. I would say that the location is great in relation to Busch Gardens and access to 64 for travelling. It's accessible enough to go through to town for food, shopping, and entertainment. "

"My stay was very good at sonesta simply suites I stayed for 2 nights and nothing was a problem everything seamless and Expedia made it even better. "

"We are repeat customers! It's clean, quite and safe. However the lid on the ice bucket was missing and the mini refrigerator was missing a leg some how! It rocked and almost fell over on my husband foot. They did come quickly and added something underneath it to balance it. The young man also did find a lid for the ice bucket."

"Woodlands tends to be crowded with a lot of kids and school groups but there are definitely quieter areas of the hotel. I loved the room I was in, the breakfast offerings were fine, the daily housekeeping service is a luxury, and the staff are terrific. Definitely CW has fancier places to stay but I love the Woodlands."
