Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby

Check in staff was helpful and after long flight from uk she was trying her best to accommodate at 1pm Check in .very convenient nearby shoplooking for mamak food and roti cenai .highly recommend this hotel provided free shuttle every one hour pick up and drop off at klia airport transfers. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Lexis Hibiscus was brilliant. Our kids really enjoyed the stay with the private pool villa. Food slightly pricier as not many options on the outside. The Spa service was amazing, Yani was excellent. Only thing I would say, as it has a lot of families the song choices need to be reconsidered with less swear words as there are young kids around.

Nice hotel for short stay

Very clean, bright rooms, aircon cools very fast. Friendly and efficient staff at check-in. Free parking and plenty of parking spaces are a big plus in my consideration of a hotel to stay.
