"Every interaction with the staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet but due for an update. Wireless was fast and easy to access. We also enjoyed our dining experiences. Our only concern was the somewhat slow service at the touted Prime Steakhouse but we think it was just our server… and to be out of Tiramisu when you only have four selections for dessert was quite the letdown. Still the Circulo Lounge made up for it. Hence the five stars."
