"Initially, I thought this was a great find, but that quickly changed. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a very strong, unpleasant odor—it honestly smelled like multiple dogs had been in the space. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the only solution offered was to move us to a smaller room since they didn’t have another comparable option available. "The service was terrible. I paid for a suit and was given a regular room. I called Expedia and no one could help me. The hotel never had a manager onsite (at least the 5 times I walked to the desk and asked) and Expedia wouldn’t do anything to solve the problem except for trying to communicate with the manager who was never at the hotel. The front desk staff just kept saying “we can do anything for you because you booked through Expedia” and Expedia kept saying “we can do anything for you...
