"Didn't get the room that was reserved, and they advertise free breakfast which is not true"

"Amazing view. Got the 2 Queen beds with the ocean view and balcony. The first night we got there they stressed having a parking pass in your window and you were charged to park, on the second day there were 8 cars in the parking lot without them and there was no parking left, so we had to park in a field next door. The staff said “our security just looked outside and all vehicles have the pass” the hotel itself is outdated. The breakfast was really good. Only one elevator worked so somtimes...
