"Main complaint is the wall and door to the hallway are super thin and you can hear everything from outside. Breakfast was good and shuttle was right on schedule. Staff was great from check in, check out, breakfast staff and shuttle driver."

"I had a clean room and helpful staff! There’s a small convenience store-like situation and a bar, but no true breakfast. Perfect for a solo traveler!"

"Staff were nice and room’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."

"Good location for an overnight stop before a cruise. Was able to check in when I arrived at 1 pm. There is no room service, but very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Friendly service. I would stay there again."

"Hotel building is outdated but the staff were kind and extremely helpful. The location was near a link station and central. The room was clean. Not really an issue but only two working elevators at the moment."

"Our check in was extremely easy and the staff, especially Lilly, were amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We went to the restaurant in the evening and the staff was incredible and fun. We went again in the morning and not so much! It was like night and day."
