"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"Upon arrival, I would have given 5 stars, because what’s not to love about being right on the beach! Well, what’s not to love is a noisy AC unit that wakes you up from a dead sleep when it turns back on in the middle of the night. That, and the lights were kept on outside the room all night which the curtains do not block out entirely. One final note - there were lots of noisy car races throughout the night, which, if the AC unit had the ability to stay running without going into energy-saving...

"My girlfriend and I used the self-check in machine. The machine made a mistake, and charged us an unnecessary security expense twice. My suggestion would be patient, wait in line for a live staffing agent. The mistake was fixed."

"Gorgeous and very clean with beautiful sculptures in the lobby, a great adult-only pool and indoor family pool with jacuzzi. The casino is active 24/7 and there are great shops and restaurants inside. 10 minute drive to beautiful Brigantine beaches. So worth it!!"
