Outstanding! This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at on our Mid West roadtrip. Super clean, awesome staff who are friendly, professional and so very polite, it was a pleasure to meet you. The foyer is spectacular, the rooms are large, with and calming. We had a great 2 night stay and would absolutely stay here again. I agree with other reviews about there being no free coffee in the lobby, for the price point I'd expect coffee and a pastry for breakfast, but I'm sure this is a chain...

Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The swimming pool was small but adequate as was the gym. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast and the room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge.

The place to stay in Wilmington. Experience the Ohio full Monty and their warm hospitality and ride one of the coolest elevators in the north emisphere.

I ended up at the Hampton Inn by accident, as I was driving through the area and got caught in a bad storm, and needed to spend the night.
The hotel is clean, the staff was lovely, my room was very modern and comfortable, and I was thrilled by how nice the breakfast was and how little plastic they used -- paper cups, plates and bowls.
I left feeling glad I had such a nice break from a long trip.
