"This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. "Die Unterkunft ist mitten in Siena gelegen, was einerseits wunderbar ist und man schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Jedoch ist ein Vorfahren mit dem Auto oder Fahrzeug eine Herausforderung bis unmöglich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad ok (könnte man noch was draus machen). Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einer tollen Liste von Restaurants versorgt. Das Frühstück in der Bar gegenüber war fantastisch und soweit alles da was man braucht."

"The hotel was beautiful, such an historic building and well located for central Sienna. The staff were friendly and very helpful and also told us the history of the Palazzetto. Breakfast was excellent as well. All in all a fantastic stay and experience and we would definitely return, thank you!"
