staff was friendly but the whole place felt unclean and our room smelled terrible. the sheets had a couple of small stains and there were hairs under the pillows.

Bed quilt was torn & frayed. The chair was worn and and stuck to your clothing. Issues with key card...manager inferred it was my fault for keeping it next to my call phone . Both times In entered the lobby the manager and others were right outside the door smoking....not very welcoming.

If you need internet for work, this is not the place. The wifi did not reach my room. The "Days in Portage" wifi does reach my room, but they don't want me using that one. Such a pain.

Lock on door broken, stairwell bannister fell off when carrying suitcase up, trim work on broken amd falling down on counter, sink faucet broken only hot water, bath door knob broken, light broken over bed. Horrible place
