"Clean.. no where to get water though at night in this place"

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The check-in process took nearly an hour, with guests standing in a long line and no explanation or apology from staff for the delay. The property itself appeared poorly maintained. There was trash scattered outside our room on the patio, which gave a bad first impression. At the pool, there were no towels available, and staff made no effort to help or provide alternatives. The continental breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold, and the selection was very limited. The staff throughout the property seemed indifferent and offered little to no customer service. Our room had several issues as well. The bathroom lights did not work properly, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of the lengthy check-in, lack of communication, poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, cold breakfast, and unhelpful staff made for a very subpar experience. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet."

"Rooms are not cleaned during a guest’s stay, which means that many maintenance and cleanliness issues go unnoticed by the housekeeping staff. In room 260, the refrigerator door seal is hanging loose, causing the refrigerator to leak. The shampoo dispenser was empty upon arrival. The patio door lock is broken, and a metal rod is being used to keep the door closed. In addition, I found the top portion of a young girl's swimsuit between the bed sheets, which indicates that the bedding may not have been properly inspected or changed. I also requested an iron and was provided with one that did not work. Finally, parking is not complimentary and costs $20 per night, which adds to the overall expense of the stay. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of attention to maintenance and housekeeping issues made for a disappointing experience."
