"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. "We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options. "I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel."

"We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots.
