Very disappointing. “First come first serve” parking = parking on the streets and back alleys at 10:30 at night, even if you’re a solo female or have a teenage girl with you. No help with where else might be a good place to park or how to use the pay-to-park options. Room felt unsafe - only one lock on the door and it still jiggles profusely. Bathroom small, shower very small. Bed was comfy, I’ll give them that. Only stayed one night then got the heck outta dodge. Refused to refund or discount. If you like the party scene and/or are young and carefree, might be a great spot. For families though?—not so much.

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to illness and lost our second night's payment. The internet didn't work. We like the location and ease of getting around from there to other neighborhoods.

Echoing some other sentiments, this is a motel located near bars and clubs. It does not have enough parking spots, when compared to the number of rooms available. 1. Reservation. Impressed. We arrived before check-in (not too early) and they had our room ready and let us check in early. 2. Cleanliness. Impressed. the room itself was clean, including countertop spaces. 3. Room Condition. Less Impressed. It's clear the space has seen better days. 3a. The closet was missing a door knob. 3b. The shower showed visible signs of rust and water stains. 3c. There was no secondary security on the entryway door. 3d. The configuration for a king-sized bed created a slightly cramped space. Basically, it looked like a room designed for two twin beds or one full/queen-size had a king-size installed. 3. Restfulness and comfort. The bed itself was perfect for us, as was the condition of the air conditioning unit. 4. Check-out. We had no issues with checkout. Your individual experience will vary.
