I don't travel a lot but I must say I was pretty disappointed while staying at the Portland Hilton . The rooms were clean but only basic . No fridge , no microwave, no free WiFi , no free parking ($55 a night to park is ridiculous ) No free continental breakfast ($25). Housekeeping did a fantastic job . Everything else seemed to have an extra charge . Staff just didn't seem to helpful idk I expected more from a Hilton 9 day stay . I don't think I will stay there again .

We arrived late at the property and check in line was long as there was only 1 front staff working at the time. No parking on premises. After checking in, it took over an hour to get some extra beddings when we were so exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Noise and substance control discipline do not exist at this property. I have a respiratory problem and there is constant small of marijuana and vapa. The next door was so nosy (kids running around, laughing, and banging toys on the shared walls) around 1am. We called the front several times and they said they will control but no discipline. We have requested to move our room to another but the hotel offered much smaller room. Not what we have paid for. This property is not suitable for small children like mine. The only thing that was good was the Hopcity restaurant and its staff. The staff Yuko made our day.
