Hotel suites were great - rooms were spacious and the full fridge and mini kitchen were great. Walkable to a bunch of restaurants and easy to find along the main street. The pool isn't huge, but plenty big enough to swim leisurely laps. Included breakfast had tasty waffles and scrambled cage-free eggs

Staff was extremely friendly, hot breakfast each morning was very helpful to start the day. Close vicinity to downtown which made an easy walk to avoid parking fees. Definitely get the parking pass from hotel, this will save you time and patience. Parking is extremely limited.

It was convenient to everything in downtown Portland. Having a kitchen was a good amenity. There was a problem with tiny black ants or flies in the kitchen and bathroom. We reported it but declined having it sprayed while we were staying in the room The hotel should have an after-breakfast hours coffee station. Parking at $35 per day was excessive so I used Spothero and parked in the same garage at $22 per day.

The room was nicely sized. The bed was so-so, not bad, but little lower than I like. Big refrigerator. The place was quiet. Breakfast was good. Downtown Portland and garage parking. Four nights, walkable for my needs of a mile or less. I enjoyed my stay.
