Love the concept but not appropriate for location. Once you step outside, there’s poop on the sidewalks, people stealing in stores nearby. Staff at the hotel appeared overwhelmed. They were not nice. The dining staff in the restaurant was amazing though. Breakfast was delicious. It could be a little oasis away from the craziness in Portland. But I’d rather just stay home or visit another city that’s more accommodating to kids and families.

Property was very clean and well maintained. I stayed here for the Portland Marathon, I was told the day prior that room service is 24/7. When I woke up around 5:00am for my marathon, while attempting to order room service, I was told that due to the lack of staff room service would not be available until 7:00a.m. Also somehow the restaurant was unable to find our reservations that we booked through the front desk. Last but not least, pay attention to your bill during check out . Garage parking was added to our bill when we did not have a car. Staff did fix the problem by removing the charge.
