I would say the only negative part is that the walls are quite thin, so you can really hear your neighbors, if you get stuck with a loud bunch, it can be hard to sleep. But there are earplugs and you can tune it out. Otherwise an amazing time with very kind people! "

"The room and washroom was so dirty. There was mold growing in so many parts of the washroom, I never felt clean. The carpets were constantly dirty. The staff were very dismissive and not friendly "

"Room was clean, bathrooms don’t have fans so the humidity lingered in the bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful with directions for the bus system. AC worked great-especially to help cool the room down after the shower steam heated it up. Would recommend the breakfast!! It is buffet style so you definitely get what you pay for. The food was delicious and kept us full most of the day! "

Lighting is terrible; no cabinet space in the bathrooms; no lighted spaces for makeup; I had to go to the front desk to replenish toilet tissue; no housekeeping - including changing towels. The only good thing was the location right next to the tram. "
