Uma das piores experiências da minha vida. Segurança hotel (terceirizado) extremamente rude. Como é segurança, e se acha superior por causa desta função, foi extremamente abusivo, mal educado. Realmente nada profissional. Me senti extremamente ameaçado. Só fiz o check in porque realmente eram 18:00 horas e tinha compromisso às 19:00, além da reserva não ser reembolsável. Durante a anos da minha vida, vários hotéis,lugares de diferentes nacionalidades, no meu próprio estado fui acuado. Não voltarei, e reportarei a rede ACCOR pela escolha dos seus prestadores de serviço.

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis.
