A great property with the correct amenities in a good location in central Porto. The only two notes: Portuguese TV channels not available in the TV. The instructions for the door codes is not accurate and was incomplete, had to guess and try to find the correct procedure to go in. Some maintenance needed in the bathroom, shower damaged and soap dispenser not working in 2 of them.

What a great apartment and location in Porto! We booked the stay not knowing much about Porto, but this location was perfect. Right next to Sao Bento station...which gives you easy metro access to the whole city. It's also a very short walk to the river and the beautiful bridge walk with amazing views of the city. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Even had a smart TV where we could sign in to our own accounts for streaming services! That was unique on our 10 day tour of Portugal. The bottle of wine upon arrival was also a very thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Porto. Only issue was a bit of anxiety on checkin as you are not sent the key code until 1 hour before checkin. We received it with no problems, but it did give us a bit of anxiety.

Location!Location!Location! The only negative thing is no elevator to get to the place especially when you have to carry suitcase all the way to the top. Otherwise, everything's good.

The newly renovated apartment is bright and tidy, and the bed sheets smell fresh. The location is excellent, and the check-in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. We had a little trouble turning on the heater at first, but once we figured it out, the rooms warmed up quickly. One thing to note is that there isn’t enough hot water for two people to shower back-to-back—we had to wait between showers. When the hot water runs out, the water becomes very cold. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Ambiente novo, confortável e bem localizado

Apartamento super bem localizado, novo, silencioso, bem equipado, além da empresa LovelyStay ser solicita e comunicativa o tempo todo. Atenção apenas para o prédio que não tem elevador, mas os lances de escada valem a pena pelo conforto do espaço. Espero voltar em breve!

Location is great and it’s a comfortable stay for two people. It would be a little tight for more—especially the living area with room for just two on the sofa. Also, the supplied items (coffee pods, tea bags, toilet paper, etc.) are minimal. Even for two people we ended up having to purchase more on our own to properly supply the stay.

Finding this property was tricky and then getting the access codes without WiFi was complicated too. When we called for assistance and explained the WiFi issue, we were sent a link to What’s app that needed WiFi to access. The person who answered the phone just seemed frustrated she had to answer and was not friendly at all. There were other guests of the same company experiencing the exact same thing as we did staying next door to us. Once we got in, it was a great place to stay! Great location, clean room, laundry and lots to explore!

Il a fallu attendre 1 heure pour obtenir le droit d'entrer dans la chambre pour un motif de non complétude du dossier. Selon la société LovelyStay, il est OBLIGATOIRE de payer la taxe de séjour pour pouvoir entrer dans la chambre. C'est la 1ere fois que je rencontre cette situation. Nous avons demandé à entrer dans le batiment afin de ne pas avoir a entrer les informations de CB dans la rue. Ensuite la compagnie a essayer de nous envoyer des liens de paiement alors que nous etions dans le couloir de l'immeuble. Ces liens ne fonctionnaient pas. Il a fallu avoir au moins 3 interlocuteurs pour que nous ayons le droit d'entrer dans l'appartement qui avait été reglé à 100%... Lovelystay a selon eux tenté de m'appeler mais sur un mauvais N° que lui a donné Hotels.com. Cette succession d'erreurs et de bizarreries m'a fait perdre un temps précieux et passer un tres mauvais moment. Je vous laisse voir avec Lovelystay quelles suites sont à donner. En revanche, cela fait plusieurs fois qu'un autre N0 que le mien est donné à un hotel ou appartement reservé via votre plateforme. Pouvez vous corriger cela ? Je ne souhaite pas revivre la même situation.

cozy Apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön! Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer davon ist ohne Fenster). Wer sehr Geräusch empfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht ein Apartment wählen, was nicht zur Strasse liegt, die Strasse ist gut befahren, auch in der Nacht, wir konnten leider kein Fenster öffnen.
