O apartamento é muito bem localizado, equipado e confortável. As tvs não são smarts então você não consegue ver sua série ou filme no streaming de sua preferência. Sugiro que o contato com o anfitrião seja realizado por WhatsApp. Pelo site do hotéis.com ele não responde.

Appartment spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely refurbished. Kitchen well equipped for short stay. Great location for shops, cafes, old town. Appartment on quite a busy street, so as expected some noise, but bedroom at back of appartment and didnt notice it.

It is a self entry facility. We did have a power outage and the property manager walked us through the fix. Chairs could use some felt on the bottom as they are very noisy when moved.

This is not a hotel property as advertised. It does not have parking, does not have a receptionist, it's very difficult to find and the WiFi doesn't work. All things advertised it had. Other than that, the place is very nice. More of a self check in rental apartment.

Nice Location but get access codes before arriving

We had not been given the code to access the front door so we were stuck outside until we could contact the owner. We also never got access to the internet despite calling and being told they would reset the router. The unit is in a nice location though. I wish they were a bit more attentive to details such as the access codes Before we got there. Another point was that someone had left an unwashed dish and knife in the sink. Otherwise, all else was very clean.

The location and installation is great! Very spacious for a family of four. The only reason I gave this a lower review than usual is because the check in process was not smooth for us. They were supposed to send me a code before arrival and they never did. I called the number on the building and couldn’t get a hold of them till after 20 mins. There is no one in the building that can guide or help if needed.

We stayed the nights of 6&7 May 2025.The owner should have advised us in advance of the student parade and the construction because we could not find the parking garage that was close to the apartment. When we called the manager from our car after making the first circle around the apartment, the owner sent us a link, but it had no directions. The link did not name the garage so that we could put it into our GPS. Consequently, we found a parking garage that was quite a distance and ended up costing us over €100 for having spent two nights at the apartment. What’s more, we had to drag our luggage uphill over cobblestones for a quarter of a mile in order to reach the apartment. There were no instruction manuals in the apartment for how to use the washing machine or the stove top. We had to call the owner. It was rather stressful since we were trying to cook dinner. The kitchen cabinet doors were coming off the hinges, and there was not even a bowl to make a salad in. The second morning we woke up to no hot water for a shower. No response from owner when we texted. For the very high price we paid for two nights, we would have really appreciated a partial refund for this less than satisfactory experience. Again, no response from owner.

Great place. Just one problem.

Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Convenient location to restaurants and attractions. The only downside was that we were not sent a physical address in advance, and the building exterior doesn’t have a sign, so we were wandering around the general vicinity but had no idea which building was ours. Luckily, we had a phone number and received a prompt reply with the needed information.

There is construction happening nearby but not at night. The city is adding to their metro train line. It’s a busy area, but perfectly situated for everything. Half a block from Sao Bento station.

This apartment is exactly as it looks. I was never sent the codes to get into the building and the apartment and they're phone wasn't working. It was a hassle. Make sure you get them before you arrive because no one is there. Loved the location and overall clean and well stocked. There was kind of a gas smell coming from the bathroom but I am nose sensitive! Give it a 4.5 overall!

No front desk. When we finally got someone to talk to they didn’t speak any English, apartment walls were dirty our main bathroom had a written note on door that said broken. Expedia web site said 15.00 for parking paid 42.00 dollars. Bathroom had mold on doorframe. Not a very pleasant stay. Plus said a free bottle of water.we never received a bottle of water

1 night stay in Porto historic district

I love the location, the overall condition, and the layout of this property. I only had 1 night and 1/2-a-day in Porto and spent most of my time walking and sightseeing during the day rather than kicking back and enjoying the property. The only suggestion I have for the property management is to communicate by email or messages via hotel.com’s app in advance on how to get into the building upon arrival. I asked the staff in the store next door on how to get someone to open the door and was told to use WhatsApp to call the phone number of the door. I am fortunate to have roaming data on my cell phone that allowed me to call the management via WhatsApp. Some people may not have that option and may not know that is what they need to do since there is no doorbell to ring. It didn’t take long for the management to send a staff to come open the door for me and let me drop off my luggage in my unit so I could head out to enjoy the city while they finish cleaning my unit. I texted the management to get suggestions on where to eat and he was very quick in responding. I enjoyed that recommendation and had a fabulous time during my short stay in Porto. I love the sleeping area being upstairs in my duplex unit but for people who may not be able to climb about 17 steps from the sitting area to the sleeping area within the unit, this may not be for you.
