Wonderful hotel right in the Portofino harbour area. Staff were amazing and provided excellent restaurant recommendations and ensured our stay was memorable. Best breakfast of our whole Italy trip. Thank you so much - we will be back!

Beautiful little boutique hotel right in the port of Portofino. Breakfast was a huge bonus as well. The staff was so helpful and the rooms (at least mine) was newly renovated. A word of caution that it is a walk-up hotel and definitely not handicap accessible. I would stay again in a second.

Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain.

While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location to main port square, to the bus back to s.Margarita and ferry if you choose. Breakfast is great and they do night service which I didn’t know. They give you beach towels too which I didn’t know. Good staff and place but they need to go through what you get

Unforgetable stay

We stayed there two nights 7-9/10 with our small dog and we all felt most welcome by a very friendly staff. The location is unique at the harborfront and in Portofino it is realt valmue for money. We hope to be back sometime !

A Best Bet in Portofino!

The hotel is one of the best located right at the center and fronts on the harbor. Charming and comfortable rooms and a very helpful and friendly staff. Unless one is looking for super deluxe, this is the place to stay. We loved it.

Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value.

Very friendly staff. NOT on the water as photo suggests. No elevator, small rooms, safe doesn’t work, AC BARELY works. Not bad for the price, but a solid “meh”.

Perfectly located right on the marina. A simple breakfast was included- eggs, bacon, breads, granola and yogurt and cheese. Beautiful setting to have breakfast. Super nice staff and very helpful to direct us to little swimming coves or walks. The hotel itself is a little dated, like staying at your granny’s … flowery carpet and mahogany furniture… but the rooms were immaculately clean… little fridge/mini bar and room to make tea/coffee… just ask reception for milk 😉 we’re irish it’s a must. But all hotels in this area are dated… but it wasn’t tired looking. Shower was great and shower cap and shower gel provided etc. overall a great choice- but note we had no balcony or no beautiful view from our room. To upgrade it would have been €150 more an night and we couldn’t justify it as it was expensive anyway- the whole area can be.
