We dropped off our bags before parking and it is a very steep and narrow road. If you put the address in GPS you will not find it. We recieved directions while driving but did not get in time. The offsite parking

Worst in Italy

Moldy shower, no water or cup in room, no sound insulation, 124 stone broken pitch black steps to door. Absentee negligent owner. Dishonest description. Worst place I’ve stayed and I’ve travelled to italy for decades. And bring your own toilet paper if you dare stay here because they give you one small roll and then leave for the night. Parking is a bus ride away. Anything closer is over $50 day. Not even any sign in the town where the dangerous steps start. This owner is the worst.

Relais à éviter

Ce relais é été la grande déception de notre sejour de 15 jours en Ligurie. Exceptée la vue que vous voyez sur la photo d'accueil , tout le reste est médiocre voir mensonger par rapport à la description proposée. La vue partielle sur mer annoncée est totalement virtuelle car la chambre donne sur un mur. La terrasse annoncée est un espece de carre de 3m2 clos de mur. Le petit déjeuner est cheap. Les prestations de services sont inexistantes. l'acces au relais est tres compliqué. Le parking est à 200m en contre bas pour la modique somme de 38 euros la nuit. L'équipement des chambres est ultra sommaire . Tout ca pour le prix d'un 4 ou 5 étoile. bref à éviter à tout prix

Accueil chaleureux et agréable, un personnel au top et toujours désireux de vous faire plaisir, très à l'écoute (Elle parle français). Chambre propre, comfortable et spacieuse vue magnifique sur mer, meilleure vue Sur la toute la ville surtout le soir, petit déjeuner est remarquable, avec ses produits locaux.

Die Aussicht ist der schön, man schaut vom Garten aus auf den Hafen/Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit! Trockenes Brot, kalter Kaffee, abgepackte Marmelade, etc. Unser schlechtestes Frühstück seit langem! Bei einem Zimmerpreis von über €200 pro Nacht, bekommt man anderswo eine firstclass-Frühstück serviert. Handtücher werden nicht täglich gewechselt! Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist über viele Stufen oder über eine steile Straße erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz fürs Auto gibt es nicht. Wir hatten unser Auto bei der Anreise in La Spezia abgestellt und sind der Fähre nach Porto Venere gefahren. Kosten: Bewachtes Parkhaus per Nacht €15, Fähre per Fahrt/Person €8.

Fantastisk hotell med helt unik beliggenhet i vakre Porto Venere. Unik utsikt med en knallfin hage veldig sentrumsnært. Frokosten ble servert ute i Hagen i nydelige omgivelser. Hit kommer vi garantert tilbake.

Koud water en koude badkamer

Goede verwarming in slaapkamer. Badkamer véél te koud, zelfs het water was niet warm voor de tweede persoon. Kamer werd maar eens in de 3 dagen verzorgd, tussentijds werd ook geen toiletpapier bijgevuld. De beheerder was wel heel vriendelijk. Hulp bij door andere hotelgast afgesloten voordeur was goed. Ontbijt was goed.

Mi sono piaciuti la disponibilità e la simpatia di Martina che ci ha accolti davvero come amici; la location perchè sembra di stare in una cartolina molto curata e pulita così come la stanza dove abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare una gustosa e abbondante colazione con vista panoramica dal nostro terrazzo che abbiamo utilizzato anche per stare in relax e goderci qualche ora di sole. Una scalinata molto comoda porta in pochi minuti in centro dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente da ritornarci.
