"There is absolutely nothing to not like. The A/C went out in our unit and the young lady at the front desk allowed us to move across the hall within 2 minutes. 2 minutes. The cleaning staff was going all day! The hot tub, laundry room and our room were clean and very inviting. You couldn't hear neighbors at all! Everything to Downtown was easily walkable. I WILL stay here again. A special shut out to the young black haired woman at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful above and beyond."

"I’ve never stayed in a BW before and I will say I am pleasantly impressed. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had, the staff was incredible and very attentive. Location was also a bonus, it was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants down town."

"This was a great calm and quiet stay as we passed through Moab. Rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves inside, however there is a community mini lounge on each floor that includes those amenities as well as a coffee bar and ice/water machine. We stored our waters and gatorades in it with no problem in order to stay cool for our next days hike."
