"The main town and ferry port of Pothia is a good place to stay. Very attractive small town with lots of great places to eat, explore and relax. Kalymnos is not really a place for avid beach fans but there are several small and pretty shingle/sand, uncrowded beaches where one can sunbathe and swim.
