Peaceful mountain lodge

This place is very peaceful and has great view of the mountains. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. We wanted to have vegetables and Neyla took me to buy fresh vegetables at a local shop so we could make them in our room. Rosa the housekeeper was also very polite and attentive. The fruit trees in the garden was a bonus. This time of year they have fresh pears. It is also convenient to a few hiking trails. Internet was fast enough for our work as well.

We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication. Thanks to her thoughtful care, my cousin recovered quickly. Later in our stay, when we experienced sunburn, Ms. Neyla immediately provided soothing cream for our faces, once again showing her genuine dedication to guest well-being. Breakfast, which was included with our reservation, was excellent—no complaints at all. Dinner was also prepared with great care and was truly enjoyable. At the end of our visit, Ms. Neyla informed us that the soup she had prepared for my cousin was offered as a courtesy, which we deeply appreciated. We are sincerely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Ms. Neyla. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to returning in the future.

El Carmelo provided us the luxurious restorative experience we were seeking in a "once in a lifetime" setting. After spending a few days in the wine region and exploring the beauty and wonder of nearby Aconcauga, we needed to take a break from the busy-ness of our vacation and take some time to unwind. From the moment the front gate opened to reveal the beautiful garden, and every breathtaking view thereafter, we indulged in a stay we will never forget. There is power in the mountains, always changing their appearance at different times of the day (we even forced ourselves to awake early to take in the peaceful sunrise). We were surprised by the hosts with the most incredible tango show we have ever seen with soulful live music set against the backdrop of a picture perfect sunset (still gives us goosebumps!). We then shared wonderful asado with the other guests - a special highlight of our time in Mendoza. We slept wonderfully in the oversized soft bed, and enjoyed our meals on the private terrace. Staff were discreet and ever kind, attentive to every need, and made us feel quite special and appreciated. We have already recommended the lodge to friends who will be in the region soon, and we hope to come back one day. A true 10/10 in every way.

Amazing!

We visited El Carmelo Mountain Lodge as an unexpected stop to avoid issues in Chile and not change our Mendoza flights. This ended up being one of our favorite locations in a 3 week trip. Pure luxury. The 4 unit lodge spared no expense to ensure visitors comfort and was just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view of the Andes. The cost includes breakfast and dinner served in your room made to order by a talented chef. For lunch they have a la cart options and there are plenty of snacks available in the room. My husband got sick while traveling and the chef made chicken noodle soup for him, even though it is not customary in Argentina. Come here to relax, drink wine, eat good food and enjoy the amazing view with wonderful people. We definitely want to come back with friends or family.

Absolutely wonderful. Ricardo made us feel completely at home and met every need we could have ever had! The lodge it self is beautiful, and the rooms are giant. The breakfast/lunches were also very good. If you have any hesitations, just book this hotel you will not regret it. We only wish we could have stayed longer

O apartamento é excepcional, contando com todas os acessórios para tornar sua estadia agradável. banheiro amplo, com banheira e duchas separados, Serviço de toalhas e roupões super macios e perfumados Mini cozinha, maquina de café, frutas, sanduiches, água com e sem gás, inclusas no custo da diária demais itens da geladeira com custo razoável . O desjejum servido na sacada, com pães quentes frutas e acompanhamentos é divino. Optamos por meia pensão, e a cada noite fomos surpreendidos pelo cardápio diferenciado e atendimento super personalizado. O carinho e atenção dispensados Pelo senhor Ricardo e sua esposa Diana fez com que realmente nos sentíssemos no paraiso e bem perto do céu. Foi uma experiência para não esquecer e recomendar a quem gosta de ser mimado com instalações excepcionais e atendimento ainda melhor.
