We loved our stay at Octant Furnas. The thermal pools were relaxing very enjoyable. The staff members were attentive and friendly. They food was excellent. Above all, Carmen the massage therapist was outstanding - diligent, committed and very skillful.

Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments.

The hotel felt very personal and almost like I was in a paradise. The staff was always friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed they were always able to accommodate. What I really enjoyed was the thermal pools, it made the entire hotel feel more in nature, additionally they were never stingy with their towels unlike some hotels that put a limit on you. Overall great location and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway. Looking forward to coming back next year!
