"Nice hotel. Good location to town. Room was clean."

"It was odd that the hot tub had no water and was not utilizable. The bathroom lock in our room looked more like a key than a knob or thing to lock. The breakfast had many options, but nearly all of which were packaged. Just felt off. The redeeming quality was the staff. Very kind, very helpful, very accommodating, that breakfast was restocked as soon as you could tell there was even a space missing with one of the items. We enjoyed our stay overall, but might not return."

"We requested additional tissues and toilet paper. It took 2 days and it was delivered by tossing it on the floor at our door. No one bothered to come in and leave it on the counter. The small fridge had an odor. Additional pillows took 2 days delivery for the friends we traveled with. Calling the front desk for assistance is useless as they do not answer. Staff is polite however very slow. We were charged $279 a night which is incorrect and we are trying to resolve."

"The beds were clean in the bathroom was clean and the linens and towels were clean. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke for some reason. This is on a busy road but we couldn't hear it that much. For the price this is a good hotel. Right in the middle of Cody"

"Hot tub was empty and filthy. The pool room was dirty. There was a blood spot about the size of a half dollar on the bed skirt. Not a very nice place but worked when nothing else was available"
