"This is my second time staying at a managed Xantera property within our National Parks. It was an excellent experience. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth. They offered both self-check-in and the option to speak with a friendly staff member who could answer any questions about the property or the park. While self-check-in was a convenient option for those arriving late, I personally preferred speaking with the staff member for check in specifically if you’re inside a national park"

"We had the most amazing vacation at Bright Angel Lodge. From our cozy little cabin to the amazing staff and restaurant options. Our waitresses Tanya & Tricia were fabulous, made us feel so welcome. Gave us so many wonderful tips and suggestions about the area. The shuttles were so efficient making it easy to do rim to rim. I would definitely recommend this place and go back again. "The hotel was near the Grand Canyon and convenient. I was surprised we had to go down an alley behind the Grand Canyon IMax. From there the the hotel pictures did not live up to my expectations. It appeared to have been neglected with old carpet and old paint. The beds were comfortable. "
