"Beautiful views from the hotel, lovely property, pleasant staff. They say they have AC, but they don't turn it on until "summer." Not sure what that means as far as date. I do not agree with claiming to have AC, then not giving the customer control over when to use it. It was the stuffiest room we have stayed in for a very long time and we got very little sleep. The mattress was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. The food and beverages were very good and great prices. Easy, safe, and free parking."

"This is a 3 star property at most. Beautiful surroundings and nice beds. However, we started off on the wrong foot with the manager being fairly dismissive about us being unhappy with the room. There are to premium rooms that are amazing, those are the ones photographed and places on the website as the Deluxe option. We were given a room half the size with an AC unit beaming out hot air on a tiny balcony. Eventually, after us calmly explaining why the room wasn’t what we expected and didn’t feel safe with a crawling baby, the manager eventually gave in and moved us to the room pictured on the website. Later we found out that people who paid for superior were placed in the other deluxe with massive eterrace. Good for them, but strange why the manager was adamant we were in the right room from the start. Other staff lovely, gym room too hot but well equipped, not enough sunbeds but the lake is across the road. "
