Overall, the room gave the impression of not being properly clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the internet connection was very poor and unreliable"

"The staff were super, friendly, helpful and kind, Cyntia at the front desk was lovely. She recommended a terrific restaurant that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was perfect, we had a free upgrade and the beds were comfortable and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was amazing! So many specialty items like Chia pudding and house made jams and toppings like passion fruit. Custom cooked eggs and the desserts were top quality. We loved this hotel, thank you!!"
