Morning breakfast selection is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean but it is an older property. There is air conditioning and a thermostat in the room to regulate the temperature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The hotel was wonderful in every way, the location especially. It felt like a truly traditional Prague hotel with the amazing decor. The breakfast was varied every day and was very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

I was given a room on the 1st floor that had and obstructed view of the river. Also, even thought the insulation from street noise was good, the vibration caused by the tram was intense. All day, up to 1am and from 5am on. If you book there, make sure your room faces away from the main avenue that runs behind the hotel. Besides that, the location, close to the main attractions is great. Also the breakfast buffet is excellent. If it wasn't for the tram vibrations I will have given them a 5.

Nice and clean hotel and very central. Breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and the beds are comfy. If i have to mention one point that iscthe shower. You have to hold the shower in youre hand all the time. And for older people the step out of the bathtube is to dangerous.

This is the place for weary travelers! I booked a deluxe room at the Charles Bridge Palace Hotel and it was like a small 2-story flat (w/mini fridge). It included two full bathrooms—each with toilet, shower, and bidet—and stunning vaulted ceilings with electronic skylights and blackout shades, perfect for restful sleep. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in 10 weeks/6 countries. Linens were crisp 100% cotton with down comforters and pillows. The room also featured two 52” Fkatscreen TVs w: Netflix, Prime Video, and standard channels. Bathrooms were marble with brass fixtures and included tall heated towel racks—great for drying hand-washed clothes. The room had A/C and heat, though opening the large windows provided excellent airflow. Staff were gracious, prompt, and all spoke English. Breakfast (all included, 7:30–10:30 AM) offered an extensive international spread—pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and full English hot foods too - plus a full espresso bar. Location is excellent—walking distance to major sights, with lively restaurants and bars one block away. Rooms are well soundproofed when closed but allow you to enjoy Prague’s energy when open. I especially enjoyed an evening of live acoustic music at the nearby Prague Beer Museum. Highly recommend for its central location, old-world charm, comfort, and easy access to everything Prague has to offer. Would stay again.

This was a lovely and comfortable hotel, just across from the iconic Charles Street Bridge! Nestled in the heart of Old Town, many fine, dining options and shopping venues were within an easy walking distance, including Havels Market. Also easily accessible on foot was the castle just across the Charles Street, Bridge, and up the hill. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though public transport was just around the corner. The beds and the linens were exceptionally comfortable as well, and the breakfast was second to none! I loved this stay!

It's not called a palace for nothing. I've been travelling for three weeks and stayed in mostly good accommodation but this was far and away the best I stayed in. Large room with coat hangers for my jackets and shirts, a handy safe, some drawers and cupboard space I actually didn't need, a very handy work desk, and finally not only a shower with a screen that actually went all around AND a bath!! Then there were also the superb river views which I know not every room has. The layout and feel of the hotel was also palatial, the breakfasts were extremely generous and the staff were just so nice. Would love to stay there again and can't recommend this enough!!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located only a few minutes from the famous bridge. It is also walking distance to many attractions, including the opera. The room was beautiful. It was huge! Bed was very comfortable. We loved the views from the window. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was included and had something different each day. The hotel is centrally located making it very easy to walk to the various tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel are kind, hepful and informative. And the hotel is spotless. We love the location of the place, walkable to everything. The breakfast was really good. And we had a very nice room.

Great view of the river (but a bit noisy), opulent room, huge tub!, great location, large room, towel warmer, hairdryer, soap, vanity kits, huge breakfast with anything you want ( no decaf), free water in lobby ( bring your bottle). Staff was delightful. Wonderful stay all around!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ladies at breakfast were extremely efficient and tentative. Housekeeping ladies tidied up our room daily and that’s a big plus.

Ontbijt was prima! Op de kamer, vooral dan in de badkamer wat nalatigheden( bv glas voor tandenpoetsen niet netjes) Heel tevreden over alles!
