We stayed in a lovely room with nice amenities, well appointed kitchen, clothes washer, and it overlooked a small square. Long flowing curtains along one wall made the room look elegant and feel relaxing. The location is one block from Charles Bridge which made for an easy walk to Old Town. We would definately stay here again.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived (dirty floor, dried food stuck on table), there are not enough dishes for more than one meal, and not enough rabs to run the dishwasher every day. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Most important is the misleading claim that the apartment comes with a clothes washer. There is one down the hall, but it is in constant use, day and night, by the cleaning staff, who will throw your clothes out of the machine. We were traveling for a month and specifically chose this apt for the washing machine. The office staff were in complete denial about the situation and just kept telling us the machine was available for our use, despite repeatedly telling them their own cleaning staff were using the machine 24/7. It is a good location and it was quiet, but the false advertising and obstinance of the staff are serious problems.

Great apartment great location but do yourself a favour and don’t book this apartment. Getting the key and storage of luggage was a nightmare! We helped 3 people getting into the place whilst we were there! I felt like I was doing an escape room challenge with keys not knowing how it all worked! If your flight is in the afternoon and have luggage and want to store your suitcase, the only place is a hotel that’s 1km away which means lugging your big suitcases (we come from Australia for 6 week holiday so yes big suitcase!) on pebbled stone roads for 20min walk in the rain! So as much as the flat was is a good location not sure we’d come back.

Excellent location- very close Charles Bridge and walking distance to places we wanted to see. Just make sure you check in online a day before so you can get instructions. Do not make the same mistake we did because it can cause a delay. Staff were very helpful though even if we checked in online only on arrival.

Great place, especially the location.

Fantastic place. The location is the best, much more charming than across the bridge were it is packed with tourists. The room itself is also nice and it is nice with opportunity to wash clothes when you have been travelling for awhile. Only downside is that they could have been faster with sending the check-in details. However, when I wrote them, they swiftly replied with everything we needed to know. Also, their own café in the buttom of the building is really great.

Nice place to stay

The unit was very clean. Did not look like the pictures, but it worked very well for us. The delay in the sending of the check-in instructions was a bit stressful, and the process of getting into the unit was complicated.

O apartamento tem otima localização muito perto da Ponte Carlos, fizemos muitos pontos turísticos a pé. Na esquina tem um mercadinho que atende às principais demandas.
